A George V Silver Salver, by Carrington and Co, London, 1922, shaped circular and on three pad feet, engraved with an inscription to Charles Edward Drewett from the Directors of the Lynton and Barnstaple Railway, dated May 1923, 41.5cm diameter, 67oz 17dwt
. Fully marked on the back and with retailers stamp. The marks and stamp are clear. There is only some very minor surface scratching and wear, consistent with age and use. There is a minor shallow dent above the inscription.
