A George V Silver Two-Handled Cup by Charles Stuart Harris, London, 1910

inverted bell-shaped and on spreading foot, the body with a central rim and two scroll handles, engraved on one side with an inscription 20.5cm high, 29oz 19dwt, 931gr The inscription reads 'The Marquess of Zetland's Hunt Point to Point Races 30th March 1911 Presented by Ladies in the Hunt Won by L. B. Holliday's "O'Ryan" (owner)'.

Fully marked near rim. There is some minor wear to the maker's mark. There is some overall surface scratching and wear, consistent with age and use. Rocks slightly when placed on a level surface. We are happy to provide Condition Reports to prospective buyers, but would welcome your request as soon as possible, preferably at least 48 hours before the Day of Sale. We cannot guarantee a reply to any requests made within 48 hours of the start of the auction. The absence of a Condition Report from a lot does not mean that the lot is in perfect condition.
