Condition Report:
Surface scratches and minor marks. General discolouration and tarnish.
Surmount has small section deficient to the top.
Topaz are in foil back settings and appear a well matched yellowy orange.
Abrasion and nibbles to facet edges.
Estimated dimensions of largest topaz 25.3 by 7.1mms, unable to ascertain depth due to setting.
Colourless paste appear generally well matched with minor to moderate abrasions and few small nicks.
Two paste with small chips.
Varied discolouration to the foil backings.
Electronically tests as approximately 15ct gold.
Fellows uses a Thermo Scientific Nitron Handheld XRF Analyser to test metals. This technology is limited to examining metal to a depth of approximately 8 microns.
