A Greek bronze head of a woman or goddess, c. 6th - 5th Century BC, with archaic-style eyes and tightly curled or woven hair, remnants of a horizontal fragment of whatever vessel or object it was originally part of. Pleasant style! 2.8 x 3.3 cm. Nice brown patina. Ex English private collection acquired in the 1950's - 60's.
