Qing Dynasty, Qianlong Period, Circa 1790
清乾隆 粉彩描金紋章圖茶具組六件
each piece painted in the center with the arms of Hamond within a gilt filigree ground border reserved with shaped landscape panels, comprising a teabowl and saucer, and a pair of coffee cans and saucers. 6 pieces.
diameter of saucer 5 3/4 in.; 14.6 cm
Condition Report:
Both coffee cans in overall good condition, one saucer with a minute chip to the rim, and the other with a restored hairline through the center, and a short forked hairline at the rim. All four pieces with areas of rubbing to the gilt filigree ground which have been re-gilt. The bowl with a short hairline to the rim, and the saucer with a V-shaped section off and restuck at the rim with an associated hairline through the base, and one hairline to the rim.
