A Handcrafted Copper Double Inkwell. Repousse decorated double inkwell bears a flat horizontal base with a flat top pyramid like form atop. Within the pyramid like structure are the two cavities for an inkwell, one with glass liner, and the other without. Hand raised decoration with circular hammer marks throughout piece. Inkwell covers atop the upper portion are attached by way of small pins which act like hinges and connect to hardware which is riveted to the piece. Possibly German, circa 1905 3" x 12" x 8.5"
