Of rectangular form with gilt-copper mounts, double-doored frontage with a bold depiction of a peacock and peahen beside a waterfall, rocks, peonies, bamboo, and pine in relief, with inlays of mother-of-pearl, drops of water spray in copper inlay, the sides with hawks amongst blossoming plum and pine, the reverse with a further hawk on a rock surrounded by crashing waves, the top with a crane beside bamboo; the doors opening to reveal eight drawers decorated with flowers, pheasants to the interior of the doors, fitted wood stand continuing with waves and water spray
