Condition Report:
The illustration of the catalogue is accurate. Fair overall condition despite the inevitable scratches and marks due to age and use. There are many traces of old and inactive woodworm. A pearl freize of the stem has to be properly reglued.
The top of the step was probably fitted with a top which is now missing. It is now fitted with an electrical system for a floor lamp. The electrical fitting has to be checked by a professional before any use. The mirrors plaques are slightly foxed as visible on the illustration.
