A Marble Top Bombe Commode. Ormolu mounted two-drawer commode bearing floral marquetry to the front and sides 35" x 47" x 21"
Condition Report: There are many scattered fleabites and nicks to the edges of the marble top, one deeper in the front, right edge, and several on the rear edge. The ormolu appears to be fairly intact throughout but loose in some areas. There are spots of chipping ot the veneer with loss on the front and sides and some chipping to the interior of the top drawer. There are vertical cracks to the marquetry on both sides due to age. The drawers function properly although the bottom drawer sticks a little bit
