A PAIR OF AUSTRIAN PORCELAIN VASES, ACKERMANN & FRITZE, RUDOLSTADT-VOLKESTEDT, FIRST HALF OF 20TH CENTURY (1908-1959)

each of ovoid form, covered, two-handled, the handles sharply angular, the bright pink body centered on either side with a pair of narrative scenes against a cobalt ground, with pale seafoam bands and sections, intricately tooled throughout, atop square bases, marked with underglaze blue factory mark and impressed inventory numbers 805 and 85, respectively; height of each including cover: 39 cm (15 3/8 in.)

CONDITION
The vases are in overall very good condition. Some beaded details missing from the covers. Miniscule scuffs apparent in places upon close inspection. The covers facscimile.
