A PAIR OF GEORGE III SILVER SAUCE TUREENS, probably by William Stroud, London 1808, oval, the gadrooned covers with opposing reeded C-scrolls handle, the bases with reeded loop handles and gadrooned rims, raised on leaf-capped paw feet. 21.5cm across handles, 50.6 troy ounces
Condition Report: Each base with clear and well spaced marks to the underside. Each cover and handle struck with three marks. The lids fit well. No engraving. Flange very slightly misshapen. In generally very good condition commensurate with age and use.
