Indian manuscript on palm leaves, 86 palm leaves of non-illustrated Brahmanic discourses inscribed in Pali, text on recto and verso, three binding holes per each palm leaf, the manuscript held together by a string to the centre hole, 52cm x 3.5cm each leaf, 59cm x 11.5cm x 6cm the wooden case.
Provenance: Stephen Keynes (1927 – 2017), acquired at Spink & Son and other London dealers in the 1960's.
