A Pair of Late Regency Carved and Figured Mahogany Side Chairs

Height of seat 19 inches.
Sturdy and usable condition overall, with some heavier wear and fading at the front seat rails. The chair pictured on the left in the photo has an age crack or repair through one side of its back crestrail, there is also probably some strengthening of the joint where that stile meets the seatrail. There is a 1" x 1" loss to the rear of the crestrail on the other chair, at the junction with the stile support.
