each figure standing, the female figure, Samson, with a bunch of vegetables gathered in her apron, the male, Meissen, with a basket of vegetables at his side, on small mound bases applied with flowers and leaves, she with crossed baton mark in underglaze-blue, he with crossed swords mark in underglaze-blue, on pierced gilt-bronze rocaille-scroll bases, each set with gilt-bronze leafy branches terminating in two candle sconces

Overall height 10 7/8 in.

Condition Report:
The male figure - right arm re-stuck, right fingers restored, both big toes restored, and typical minor shipping to applied leaves.
Female figure - right arm reattached at shoulder which could be refreshed, restoration to right forearm, and typical minor chips to applied leaves.
The bronze mounts with rubbing and oxidation throughout. The candle branches a bit loose in the bases. Some remnants of candle wax in cups.
