A RARE GEORGE II OAK TREEN TAPE LOOM OR WEAVING PADDLE, INSCRIBED AND DATED AF 1754. The hand-held tape loom of larger size with scroll silhouette top initialled and dated A F - 1754 to one side above 15 slim vertical slots centred by 16 thread holes, with curved fishtail handle and further scrolled base. Used by hand in the fabric weaving process, 41cm high 18cm wide.
