At the centre the head of the sun god Surya, framed by sixteen radial segments within writing, with a floral border. Colours and a little gold on cotton. Framed and glazed.
45.5 x 48 cm

This is a cloth with a wish for salvation (strota) with the thousand (sahasra) names (nama) of the sun (surya).
