Intact as preserved; the base also ancient, but with a slightly different patina than the figure, so it may be associated. The right arm and fingers of the left hand, as well as part of one of the wings and all of the other wing, now lost. The head's top hinged, to serve as a container. Lead fill (from antiquity) on the back, between the wings. The surface heavily encrusted and with some minor cracks.
