With a single-edged acid-etched steel blade, with thick medial ridge and spine, the forte and the tip engraved with arabesque-like cusped cartouches, the top one gold-damascened, the steel hilt in the typical T-shape of Indian tulwars, inlaid in silver with rosettes and fretwork bands, the pommel a flattened roundel with everted rim, a floral collar and knob-like finial in the centre, 87.5cm long.
