A SMALL CLOISONNE ENAMEL VASE
Japan, Meiji period (1868-1912)
The fine vase worked in gold wire and colored enamels with a continuous design of scrolling gold foliage in-between hanging wisteria flowers. The rims and underside applied with gilt copper, the latter with an old collection number.
HEIGHT 9.5 cm
Condition: Good condition with expected wear to enamels and copper as well as minor dents.
