An iron battle axe head with blade pointing slightly downwards. The cutting edge only slightly rounded. Thin long neck thorn which merges into a distinctly widened, square neck. Rare type. Very good iron substance. Expertly preserved. Length 21.9 cm.
Provenance: Southern German private collection, acquired on art markets in North Rhine-Westphalia, Belgium and the Netherlands in the beginning of the 2000s.
