Condition Report: The chairs are in overall fair condition. The two armchairs are structurally sound. The upholstery on the armrests is noticeable worn through. The legs and exposed wood areas sustain scratching and rub marks throughout. The side chairs are in varying levels of condition. One of undersides of one of the chairs has fallen away from the frame. Many of the chairs sustain scratching and nicks throughout. The crests of the chairs sustain wear from handling.
