A Set of Four Elizabeth II Parcel-Gilt Silver Goblets by Hector Miller for Aurum, London, 1984, Numbers 33, 34, 36 and 364 From a Limited Edition of 500

to commemorate the quincentenary of the College of Arms, each with tapering bowl and gilt stem, cast as three heraldic lions rampant, each holding a shield with a coat-of-arms, the spreading foot with a gilt foliage and flower band, engraved underneath with an inscription 17cm high, 38oz 8dwt, 1,195gr (4) The inscription reads 'Made by Order of the Kings Heralds and Pursuivants of Arms to Commemorate the Quincentenary in 1984 of the College of Arms'.

Fully marked underneath and further numbered. The marks are clear. There is some surface scratching and wear, consistent with age and use. There are no boxes or associated paperwork. We are happy to provide Condition Reports to prospective buyers, but would welcome your request as soon as possible, preferably at least 48 hours before the Day of Sale. We cannot guarantee a reply to any requests made within 48 hours of the start of the auction. The absence of a Condition Report from a lot does not mean that the lot is in perfect condition.
