Condition Report: Several small chips to the ivory keys, in good used condition and regularly maintained and tuned; several tight cracks to the sound board that do not affect the sound or use; worn to the pads, felt, and hammers, but in good condition from use commensurate with age. Possible partial rebuild, but not in the past 15 years. Will need tuning when it arrives in its new home. Finish appears to have been lightened.
