Sicangu Lakota (Rosebud Sioux)/Puerto Rican, (b. 1950), the soft hide pipe bag finely beaded, aligning a warrior on galloping horse beneath a pair of birds in flight on one side, a vining floral motif verso, both sides with distinctive box and band framing devices, oversized beads in a double hourglass pattern suspended beneath the panels, fringe below and trimming the roll-beaded mouth, signed "Thos. Red Owl Haukaas, 2002" in ink at the interior.
