A Tibetan wooden gilt and polychrome manuscript cover with three Buddhas. Around 15th century

Front with three large lozenge motifs in the main field, painted in gold depicting Amitabha, Akshobhya and Vairochana Buddhas, surrounded by medallions with ashtamangala. Plain back. One short side carved with an abstract kirtimukha head in low relief.
Size: Length 72.3 cm
Condition: Pigment and gilding partially chipped off, wear and patina.
