The present poster maquette was submitted by Nguyen Tien Cahn in 1969 and later published with the headline Eager to Start Out. The maquette bears several additional inscriptions, and reads: Start off to continue achieving victory! Cheer the heroid Road No. 9 soldiers fighting well and achieving a great victory.
