A Victorian sterling silver salver, London 1893 by George Maudsley Jackson Of hexafoil lobed form with shaped cavetto edge with embossed scallop shells and foliate scrolls, the gadrooned rim with scroll section, all raised on three gadrooned shell and scroll splay feet. The field with engraved decoration of floral swags below a band of foliate scrolls, the central vacant cartouche of hexafoil form. Fully marked to the reverse.
