A WILLIAM IV MAHOGANY TABLE VITRINE CONTAINING A GROUP OF EARLY 19TH CENTURY BRONZE NAPOLEONIC MEDALS, FIRST HALF 19TH CENTURY

the case with a sliding glazed lid, together with a partial descriptive list of the medals in manuscript
7.5cm. high, 56cm. 41cm. deep; 3in., 1ft. 10in., 1ft.

Condition Report:
A decorative lot rather than academic example.
Not concieved for wall mounting.
The sliding lid is hard to slide as it sticks, this should be easy to remedy. The mahogany with old marks and scratches. The velvet lined based with age crack.
The medals are in fair condition. There are some minor scratches to cast detail and most show signs of age and having been stored for a considerble time. There is vedigris spotting to some coins.
