A WILLIAM & MARY WALNUT AND FLORAL MARQUETRY CUSHION MIRROR CIRCA 1690 55cm high, 51cm wide Condition Report: Marks, knocks, scratches and abrasions commensurate with age and use. Some old chips, splits and losses. Some minor evidence of old worm. The mirror plate has age and bears the expected bloom, loss and foxing, but is likely a later replacement. The surmount is lacking as is often the case for mirrors of this type and age, fillets of timber have been inset to fill in where the surmount would have once sat.
