A YAOZHOU CELADON 'LOTUS & FISH' BOWL
China, Ming Style but Qing Dynasty (1644-1912). The rounded sides rising from a short straight foot to a broad everted rim. The interior molded with fish and intertwined lotus scrolls, the exterior with a band of radiating lines simulating flower petals. Covered in a finely crackled olive-green glaze.
Condition: The rim with a hairline, otherwise very good condition.
