A beautiful Central Asian red-ware vessel, c. 8th - 12th Century AD, intricately decorated with a variety of incised and punctured design encircling the tall spout, as well as the base. The chamber is ribbed, and the entire vessel is covered with calcified mineral deposits. H: 10 in (25.4 cm). Ex New Hampshire private estate.
