A cased set of six mid-20th century silver goblets, each bowl decorated with a band of bright cut engraved floral swags, raised on a slender baluster stem to a spread circular foot. Hallmarked Charles S Green & Co Ltd., Birmingham 1967. Height 5.5" (14cm), weight 25.35 ozt (788.5 grams).
Condition Report:
- All appear in good overall condition, displaying some general surface wear, marks, scratches and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use.
- Heavier tarnishing to some areas.
- One goblet with a very slight knock to one side of foot rim.
- Two goblets with a very slight impression from the base of the stem showing to the underside of the foot.
- Hallmarks with some rubbing, significantly heavier on two examples.
- Fitted case with some general expected wear and some tears/losses to the outer surface.
- Goblets fit very well and is likely the original case.
