Eight square offering cloths or altar and table covers or various sizes, finely embroidered, mostly depicting a double vajra in the centre, and one piece painted with heads and skulls; a fine Chinese brocade fragment with horses and auspicious symbols, possibly 14th century. (9)
Size: From 23 x 23 to 54 x 69 cm
Condition: Wear, partially small tears, discoloration, stains; five pieces attached to a wood and textile stretcher, the Chinese brocade fragment sewn onto a textile stretcher and framed.
