Marks, knocks, scratches, abrasions consistent with age and use, the base especially with chips and losses to the edges and extremities, the shade also with some losses and pitting, The electrical fitting and wires would need to be tested and probably replaced prior to use in a domestic setting, part of the fitting with electrical tape securing.
