A gold opal and diamond ring,
an oval cabochon opal, approximately milligrain set to a halo surround of old brilliant and rose cut diamonds, grain set to a milligrain edge. The white faced setting plate to a yellow gold chenier gallery, tapered chenier shoulders and a 'D' section shank. Tested as approximately 18ct gold. Head 16.7 x 13.2mm, 3.71g.

Minor surface marks to mount.
Some surface reaching inclusions to some of the diamonds.
Underneath of diamonds slightly dirty, would benefit from being cleaned.
Opal very slightly loose when tapped, but still secure.
Opal measures approximately 11.1 x 8.4 x 3.5mm.
