A group of five gem-set dress rings, in yellow metal surface testing as 9ct; the first featuring a claw-set pale yellow quartz of 21.6mm x 16.4mm x 10.5mm, size J; the second a paste cameo ring, the central cameo encircled by ten black faceted round pastes, to bifurcated shoulders, size M; the third a signet ring set with a single round red paste, size N ½; The fourth a ring centres with a star motif, featuring a central oval split pearl surrounded by polki-cut colourless sapphires and a blue enamel border, to a yellow metal mount engraved with scrolled detail, size O; the fifth a five stone ring featuring five graduating red pastes, the row of pasted flanked either side by a row of four split pearls, to an engraved yellow metal mount with Birmingham hallmarks for 9ct, size L.
