A late Victorian silver vesta case, plus two Edwardian silver examples, two coin holders, etc.

A late Victorian silver vesta case, with scroll decoration to the whole enclosing a vacant circular panel, hallmarked Horton & Allday, Birmingham 1897, plus two Edwardian examples, the first with floral engraving, hallmarked John Rose, Birmingham 1903, and the second plain in design, hallmarked William Lewis, Birmingham 1905. Together with two modern coin holders, marked 925 to some parts, and two small base metal folding knives. Gross weight of vestas only 2.76 ozt (85.8 grams). (7).

Condition Report:
- Multiple item lot in mixed and used condition, all pieces displaying general surface wear, tarnishing, marks and scratches with heavier damage to some pieces.
- Both engraved vesta cases appear in good overall condition with hinges and clasps also in good order.
- The plainer vesta case displays some surface dints and bumps and heavier scratched marks. Snap shuts securely.
- Hallmarks to the three vestas are all clear and legible.
- The coin holders also with some minor surface dints.
- Press release opening on both appears in working order. There are slight gaps when closed.
- One example with holes and damage in the suspension loop mount.
- Folding knives with rust.
