A lovely Middle Eastern brass pen box, early 20th Century, the long and slender body beautiful incised with floral decoration and with end cap for storing quills. The ink wall is also nicely decorated with lid in the form of an acanthus leaf. L: 7 3/8 in (18.7 cm). Well preserved with attractive patination. Ex New York city private collection.
