A mid 20th century 18ct gold and platinum diamond and topaz ring. Of marquise-shape outline, the old-cut diamond line, with rectangular-shape blue topaz and old and single-cut diamond line sides. Estimated total diamond weight 1.35cts. Ring size P. Weight 11.4gms. Purchasing information Overall condition good. Scratches/wear and small dents in keeping with general wear.
