A nice Chinesco standing female figure, Mexico, c. 500 - 100 BC, a rare early type, the rounded head with domed headdress, the eyes slants and wearing ear spools, her feet bifurcated. H: 5 ½ in (14 cm). Red painted detailed over white slip. Custom metal stand. Ex Southern California private collection acquired in the 1970’s.
