A nice gilded bronze figure of Buddha, Thailand, 19th Century, he is richly attired and depicted seated atop an embroidered pillow atop a rock. The figure is well-preserved with nice detail, the base extended out before him and is bordered on the sides with a floral motif in relief. 4 1/4 x 3 1/4 in (10.3 x 8.3 cm). A very attractive piece! Ex Los Angeles private collection.
