A pair of Georgian faceted black glass shoe buckles, each gilt-metal buckle set with rectangular facetted 'French jet' (glass) to steel fittings, c.1790 (2)
Good condition with minor abrasions and scratches commensurate with age and use, one French jet/paste with large chip near middle of one buckle, a few with small chips/nicks to facet edges. Some wear to gilding on reverse.
