A pair of Regency gold foliate ear pendants

A pair of Regency gold foliate ear pendants, circa 1830, the flower head pediments above a shell shaped panel set with vari shaped white paste, with leaf detail, suspending an articulated fringe, with later screw fittings, 5.2cm long, 5.8g gross; together with a pair of Victorian gold ear pendants, circa 1870, the oval domed centre to beaded surrounds, with scallop shell detail to the cardinal points, suspending an articulated fringe, 5.4cm long, 9.7g gross Condition Report: Late Georgian ear pendants- The tops have been soldered where the new fittings have been put on, a little lead solder is visible to the fronts, one of the earrings has also been patched to join the top and bottom together. One tassel has had a tiny solder to the bottom link, but its not obvious. The settings are not marked but are in our opinion gold, we do not to use any destructive gold testing methodsVictorian ear pendants- Both of the ear pendents have some damage and repair, one has a dent to the front panel and some possible old glue behind it, and a couple of pulls to the tassels, the other has patched repairs to the reverse and a couple of holes that have worn through, there is some damage to the tassels and one has been broken and is now shorter than it should beCondition Report Disclaimer
