General discolouration.
Diamonds bright and well matched.
Sapphires are a well matched pale yellow hue. One nicked to table.
Estimated dimensions of one sapphire 8.4 by 6.4 by 2.8mms.
black bars appear to be some sort of resin or similar material.
Clip fittings for non-pierced ears.
