Carved in high relief, of a youth looking to sinister, and wearing an acanthus-capped burgonet, or helmet, pierced with an eye and with a scroll-ended peak, and tied with a riband beneath his chin, wearing a toga tied at one shoulder, a spray of fruit and flowers below, traces of a painted finish, 33cm wide x 5cm deep x 66.5cm high, (12 1/2in wide x 1 1/2in deep x 26in high)
