formed of an outer line of fifteen graduated oval and round faceted sapphires, estimated approximate total weight 3.00ct, and an inner line of old mine and single cut diamonds, estimated approximate total weight 0.50ct, diameter 3.2cm, pin and revolver fitting, together with a safety chain anchor point to the bottom row, unmarked, tested as 9ct gold and silver, weight 7.5g
