A triple strand necklace set with alternating sapphire and ruby beads each gauged at approximately 5.5mm-7.5mm further set with one hundred forty-three round antique and modern full and single-cut diamonds totaling approximately 13.50cts. in weight and graded H-I color and SI clarity and accented with four oval cabochon star rubies and five oval cabochon star sapphires each gauged at approximately 9mm x 7.5mm and finished with a large oval cabochon ruby on the clasp gauged at 12mm x 10mm
