after designs by Jacques Callot, each set in a gilt-metal mounted marble and ebonised wood frame
the vertical panel: 19.6 x 14.3cm., framed: 28.5 x 23.2cm.;
the widest horizontal panel: 18.7 x 9.7cm., framed 27.8 x 18.3cm.
the smallest and arched panel: 8.2 x 10.7cm, framed 18.2 x 22cm.;
pair of fighting dwarves panels: 10.7 x 13.3cm., framed 19.5 x 22.2.;
the other four: 13.5 x 10cm., framed 22 x 19.3cm.
Condition Report:
In overall very good condition. The panels have not been examined out of their frames. Minor old marks, scuffs and scratches consistent with age and use. The panel with a male figure in feathered hat with walking stick in left hand with a loss to the black marble border towards the top. Some construction lines visible to the red marble border of the frames.
