The whole in a sunburst finish. The Gibson logo inlaid in mother-of-pearl to the headstock and insets to the fingerboard, mounted with a brown pearl effect pick guard, the pierced tailpiece engraved with 'Super 400', and paper label to interior. Contains Brazilian rosewood.

Condition: major sinking to top, major bow in neck. Major separartion at neck heel from back caused by excessive tension. several repaired cracks to back. Requires extensive servicing. Unplayable condition consistent with age and use.
