A large group of finely bound works on early American subjects, many of revolutionary and antiquarian interest. All but one leather bound, 14 works in 34 volumes, a very attractive and clean group overall but subject to foxing, markings, etc. No work fully collated and the lot sold as a collection, not subject to return.

The Pictorial Field-Book of the War of 1812, 1868, three volumes extra-illustrated with manuscript material and portraits, modern three-quarters morocco gilt, a fine example; FISKE, JOHN. The Discovery of America, 1892, one of 250 copies of the Large Paper Edition, 4 volumes in modern red three-quarters morocco gilt; FISKE, JOHN. The American Revolution, 1892, extra-illustrated, two volumes, contemporary three-quarters morocco; FEARON, HENRY BRADSHAW. Sketches of America..., London, 1818, second edition, modern three-quarters morocco; FISKE, JOHN.
